FIOR DI SALE

Fior di Sale is what remains at the bottom of lagoons with sea water evaporates. Its greyish colour is given by the minerals it contains and that give it its savoury flavour. The earth of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills is also rich in minerals that give Brut its aromas, scents and sapidity, in the same way Fior di Sale gets its flavour.

FIOR DI SALE

TERRITORY

CONEGLIANO FELETTI

The Conegliano and Feletti area is characterized by clay soils, low in limestone and slightly acidic, which promote the absorption of trace elements. These soils retain water well, allowing the roots to grow deeply. The resulting wines have good structure, are fresh, balanced, and predominantly feature fresh fruity aromas, with Mediterranean spicy notes.
