Estate Indiana
Indian Summer, or in Italian Estate di San Martino, is that period of good weather that comes just after the first drops in temperature in autumn. This is the period in which chlorophyll is replaced by anthocyanin, the pigment that gives the leaves those warm autumnal colours. This metamorphosis takes some time, just as Conegliano Valdobbiadene Dry takes time because the grapes needed for this sparkling wine are harvested late so they reach the perfect concentration and residual sugar.

CONEGLIANO FELETTI
The Conegliano and Feletti area is characterized by clay soils, low in limestone and slightly acidic, which promote the absorption of trace elements. These soils retain water well, allowing the roots to grow deeply. The resulting wines have good structure, are fresh, balanced, and predominantly feature fresh fruity aromas, with Mediterranean spicy notes.
