Blu Anatra
During mating season, iridescent blue-green feathers, used to seduce females, sprout on the wings of male mallards. Treviso Brut Doc does not have colourful plumage, but is seductive nonetheless.

Vinification and ageing: settling of the must with selected yeasts; resting on the fine lees for at least 3 months.
Sugar content: 8 g/l
Tasting profile: fruity aroma of white peach and yellow apple; balanced and fresh, slightly sapid taste.

TREVISO DOC
In the flat areas of Treviso lies the Prosecco DOC territory, a wine primarily produced from Glera grapes. The wide expanses of vineyards in the plains facilitate predominantly mechanical processing and harvesting.
